Just wondering if that is good or not?

It is impossible to tell based on this information. The forging process is far more important in determining the quality of a blade then the type of steel used and the Rockwell Hardness Index. 58 HRC can mean a lot of things, is it through hardened (same hardness throughout) or differentially hardened?
